We are looking for a dog groomer for our 10 year old schnauzer. She is well behaved but nervous because she was a rescue dog. We took her to the same groomer in RI for 7 years but we moved here in August. We took her to one place that seemed very caring but other dogs were loose while she was being groomed by a male groomer which made her uncooperative which was unusal according to her previous groomer. For whatever reason in her past life, she doesn't relate well to most men. Any suggestions? Thanks.
