I've hardly had to use my heat or fireplace so far this year....thank goodness.

I just hope and pray we can get through this winter without any ice storms. They are pretty to look at but they scare me with all the breaking tree limbs and ice on the roads and worst of all....no electricity.

Yes, most definitely. My January electric bill is $200 this year. Never has it been that low since we moved here 8 yrs ago.

It is definitely warmer this year.

Big problem is: no cold winter= lots of bugs in the summer.

It cycles like that here. Couple cold winters then some milder ones. Don't worry you'll get to freeze your butt of next year or the one after!

Yes it is. It has only happened because I bought all my extremely fast growing kids winter boots, gloves and scarves for the snow. Next year they will all be too big for them. bummer. I was hoping for at least 1 day of snow fun.

I'm loving this weather, but my wife is mad that there hasn't been any snow yet!
