Thanks so very much. Very helpful. Can't believe 201 has been vacant 7 years!, I looked at 202 which is also in forclosure and listed by the bank. How many units are in the building. How many are rentals, if you know.
Also do you have the name of the current president. I'd like to ask some questions.

Unless I am mistaken, this area is what, maybe 1.5 miles (perhaps less depending on the route) from the West End? Depending on someone's age and physical condition I find that pretty walkable to the West End but maybe I'm crazy. At that distance, I'd never drive to main street unless the weather was poor.
