In my section of Martin's Grove (The Preserve), you'll find homes in your price range. We don't have free access to a pool, but the main section will sell access for $250, I believe.

Do you pay HOA's? I think $250 is reasonable. Are you in Simpsonville?
I think most HOAs for neighborhoods with pools are in the $250-400 range, but I'm sure there are some that could vary from that. Have you checked Canebrake in Greer? They have a neighborhood pool, and you might find a house closer to your range, but I'm not sure. We have some friends that live there, and they really enjoy the pool there. I don't know what kind of access (badge, etc) they have for their pool, though. Our neighborhood pool has a keypad, and each family is assigned a code. Your code only works to unlock the gate if your HOA dues are paid.
I am going to bump this again with a higher budget of $150K or less on a house. I am still looking for subdivisions with a pool or ones nearby that I can buy a membership for less than $300 yr. I prefer it to be somewhere in the vicinity of Taylors/Greenville corridor off Wade Hampton. I'd like to be close to Wade Hampton. The Eastside maybe an option. I am not too familiar with the other side of Greenville by Woodruff Rd, so you can ad those as well.
The ones I know about are:
Half Mile Lake (my favorite, $336/yr)
Peppertree (belong now, it's decent, $270/yr)
Del Norte/Eastgate ($230/yr)
Sugar Creek ($400/yr)
Wellington ($355/yr)
Pebble Creek (pool is $500 plus HOA's.....ouch)
Stone Lake ($400 to join and $400 annually....still too expensive)
Wade Hampton Gardens (near Wade Hampton High School) allows outside memberships but I don't know the cost ... as a bonus, it is the only pool in greenville that still has a high dive.
I must preface this with the fact that I am NOT from Greenville. However, I am rather obsessed with moving there someday and have learned quite a lot about it. (I could probably get around there my first time out with out a map). I hope my information offered will be helpful to you.
Check out google earth (free download if you don't have it), and look around the area of Brushy Creek rd and Hudson rd all the way south to Devenger rd. There are many.
You like me are hoping for a house nearer to that 100,000 mark. They are out there, but you better by handy or willing to live in something less than,...I guess typically as attractive. Generally look closer to Wade Hampton Blvd in the Wade Hampton and Taylors areas. Zillow Real Estate online seems to be the main agency and their website is pretty easy to use. Good luck.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that one. It is $395 plus $100 to join.
