good people of SC help out again please. i am looking for recommendations for someone to paint two rooms, as i don't want to go through a company which will make a process out of a simple job. i am also looking for someone who installs hardwood floors in two rooms (i will get the materials). if you have any recommendations please send me a message or post. please and thank you.

We just installed hardwood this year and we used Greene Flooring. It's a father and son team. We got good recommendations from them via people at work who had used them. They did a GREAT job and I am extremely picky with contractors. Both of them and their workers were very polite and very transparent and got my approval on any required deviations or adjustments during installation that were needed.

They were very competitive on pricing too which was obviously also important to us.

When we bought our townhome 4 years ago, we used Palmetto Painting & Coatings. (864) 834-9923 They painted all but two bedrooms and did a very good job for a reasonable price. When we listed our home for sale recently (it's under contract), we got a lot of favorable comments on the paint job. I don't think they would turn their nose up at a job consisting of two rooms.
