Can anyone remember?

It seems like it has been either pouring rain, light rain , threatening to rain, completely cloudy or mostly cloudy with about 10 minutes of sun a day for that past two weeks? Does that sound about right?

This isn't to even bring up the fact that it has been cold on top of that!

Does anyone remember terrible weather like this lasting so long here?

Weather has been weird everywhere. As the saying goes, "April showers bring May flowers." And I add to that April showers extending into May showers.

Yes. I keep trying to tell myself that. I hope the saying applies to vegetables too because even what I've planted in my garden seem to have had more than their fill of H20.

Still, I wouldn't be surprised if the last mostly sunny day we had was 2 weeks ago.

It's all part of Agenda 21. The government is involved somehow with this.

I'm not complaining. Better than 100-110 degrees and no rain like last summer. Enjoy the cool! Summer will be here soon enough and we will be begging for a cool day. LOL

Good observation.

It's my fault. I've been trying to build a house all winter!

Why is it your fault? Is it because every time you need good weather for a project you get bad weather?

Why do you let that stop you? I had a bunch of fencing put in ending yesterday and they did most of it in the rain. (I actually didn't think they could do it , but they did.)

We have just had a few rainy days, no big deal. In fact, we have had only 5 days in the past 14 with precipitation. Maybe it seems more because the past two weekends have been wet.

We seem to get a lot of days that start out with rain/drizzle, which precludes things like house painting. I've also struggled to get a metal roof on, and trust me, you don't go up on a metal roof with even a hint of moisture! Now that the roof is on, I do have indoor work to do, but I really wanted to get the exterior done before summer's heat gets here.
