Not many at all. One could fall down the escalator while not focusing (like being on a cell phone) and file a suit against the mall owners, thinking they will get a settlement. It happens every single day. There are many lawsuits filed by individuals looking for a few dollars. All one has to do is to file a suit for a settlement. Playgrounds in a public area like a mall is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Sad.
