They desperately need a pharmacy like Walgreens in that area. That would be nice to see on that corner where the old school sits now.
When a crime occurs on White Horse Road or Cedar Lane Road, people are quick to assume that is occurring in Berea. Berea proper, inclusive of Farr's Bridge Road, Sulphur Springs Road and Hunt's Bridge Road, is desirable. White Horse Road at West Blue Ridge Drive, known as "White Horse Road," and Cedar Lane Road at West Blue Ridge Ridge, known as "Cedar Lane," are the problematic issues that are contained to their own areas.

I will agree another pharmacy in the Berea trade area would be helpful with a growing population and limited options. The new Ingle's Markets #74 on White Horse Road at Berea Drive will help fill that need.

Question Is a growth plan in the works for the Berea community?

I have heard Greenville County is working on a future growth plan in the Berea community.
