short term rental-in Simpsonville (new home, moving, pay)

We are moving out of our rental home at the end of this month. We had hoped to hold on to it until our son and his family can make the move from PA. They are planning on April. Is there anyone out there that needs a 4 bedroom ranch for just a few months? We would like for them to be able to use this house when they get here, however we can't pay rent on an empty house. how soon do you need someone? When you move out do you need someone to clean it up for your son to move in?
