I don't think Anderson allows that. Your kid would have to be "living" with someone with a Piedmont/Easley (still Anderson County) address. I know some counties that allow school choice, like Charleston, but I never heard of it being allowed cross district/county.
To my knowledge, the only way for that to happen is that a parent/guardian is employed by that school district.
