Boiling Springs Village is a proposed 66,650-square-foot retail center for 2702 Pelham Road, Greenville, South Carolina 29615-4015, located at the intersection of Pelham Road and Boiling Springs Road in the Greenville community in Greenville County, South Carolina. It would be anchored by a supermarket, Lowe's Foods. The site is currently occupied by Pelham Road Alliance Church.

It is not a bad location for a supermarket. I think there is a greater need for a supermarket in the Pelham-Batesville trade area.

Looks like they would put a supermarket in the old Bloom/Food Lion location. It is a nice, newer building and seems like a good location in need of a supermarket. Although Food Lion failed, seems like Publix or someone could be successful, or a Walmart Neighborhood Market.

I think Food Lion is still paying the rent on that building. Probably will not see another supermarket anytime soon in that location.

Default Lowe's Foods, Boiling Springs Village, 2702 Pelham Road, Greenville, South Carolina 29615-4015

Winston-Salem, North Carolina-based supermarket Lowe's Foods has confirmed it will open its third Greenville County, South Carolina, store at Boiling Springs Village.

I noticed there were stakes in the ground surrounding Pelham Road Alliance Church two weeks ago.
