I think a total eclipse would be a great excuse for a party in the middle of the workweek! Anybody know of anything big being planned?

I think a proper pagan costume along with face paint should be required along with appropriate drinking games!

It'd help it be a midweek party if the eclipse was in the middle of the week..

It's on a Monday.

I've already put in for a day off - my only concern is a cloudy sky - don't forget about eye safety and quality eclipse glasses

I'm taking the day off as well, and am prepared to drive if it's a cloudy day.

Im suppose to be off, but depends on work. We get busy that time of year. Ive got my telescope ready to record it. Been thinking of renting my field for campers, maybe help pay for the stuff I had to buy for my scope.
