There is a dumpster in front of the old Thai restaurant next to Easley Cinemas and several guys working inside, wonder what that will be?
I talked to someone the other day, who said the same owners have been changing the location from the Chinese restaurant to E-Town Burgers (and whatever it was before that) and they are changing it to some new place again. Not sure how valid that is, it's just what I heard....

nothing can make it at that location, not sure why it's not a terrible spot. Rent must be way high
I heard this at the Waffle House last year some time. According to the waitress Big Lots corporate was in Easley for about a week and were looking into moving in. Not sure what happened but no traction since that I have heard of.
My hairdresser told me last week that a Big Lots and Hamrick's were moving into the old Wal-Mart. Would love to see Hamrick's there..

that makes sense, big lots was not big enough to take the whole location, and Hamrick's and Big Lots go kind of well together, I think they are near each other in a few areas around here. Good super low dollar shopping in a lower income part of Easley

I like checking out Big Lots from time to time......
I don't know if anyone has confirmed this or not, I did hear a rumor about it awhile ago, but big lots is currently working on renovating the old walmart space. not real exciting, but I thought it worth mentioning.
yes big lots is moving in, for sure. I haven't seen anything about hamricks
I saw that they have put a coming soon sign in front of the old Thai restaurant in front of Easley Cinemas - it is going to be a dentists office. What a waste of a good restaurant space!
