I went to this place on New Year's day. All I can say is it's off the chain! Very good food! Very good atmosphere. When you get a chance you must go. Has anyone else been here?

I'm chomping at the bit to try it. Until very recently, I worked around the corner from there and watched the renovations take place.

Drove by there late Sat. nite and wondered if it was a chain restaurant - looking at the website it looks like it's not. Glad to hear someone liked it and will check it out soon!

There is a Harry and Jean's in Rock Hill too. Great food. Definitely try the Monte Cristo...it's amazing! The cheesey mashed potatoes are really good too.

Yet, ironically it is; a small chain, but a chain none the less.

Cool. Love a good Monte Cristo. Do they serve it with raspberry jam?

They really need to get the word out that they are open. They could be going through a "break-in" period though. I drove by there today at noon and there was only 4 cars in the front parking area.

Their street sign is small under the Holiday Inn Express sign, I hope they take down the old Prime sign or re-use it.

Has anyone checked out the wine place next door to H&J?

I don't view them as much of a lunchtime place....their menu seems heavy for lunch.....I view them much more as a dinner / weekend brunch type place.
