Sounds downright Polynesian... Interesting possibilities!

Is this on the site of a former Mexican restaurant across from the main entrance?

Cool. Waffle House going up on a former Taco Bell leaves one less Taco Bell to worry about.

Thank goodness that Waffle House has so much more healthier food than Taco Bell.

Well maybe not fine dining, but Waffle House is definitely a big step up from Taco Bell. A better taco store would be Moe's, Salsarita's, or Chipotle. And not discussing health food anyway.

Not that I frequent either, but I don't really see Waffle House as a step up from Taco Bell at all. It's apples to oranges really and they're both low on quality and price.

Moes should never, ever be in the same sentence as Salsaritas or Chipotle; unless that sentence was :"Man, the quality of food at Moes is really poor, it sure is no Slasaritas or Chipotle. "

I agree. All of those places seem to offer fresher ingredients and healthier options. I was being scarcastic in my response to the other poster.

I've mentioned this before and still don't know why Greenville can't land something like a Sweet Tomatoes or Souplantation. I would like to see more healthy, affordable options.
