I believe in the power of collective prayer. Please pray for this lady...a dear friend of mine.

The news report was not correct...she did not die. I won't get any updates until later this morning. Last I heard she was stable but in very serious condition.

Thank you and if you have a spare Guardian Angel please send them to her and her two young daughters. She was on her way to pick them up when this happened.

One of the commenters on the actual news article had this to say.

"Whomever lives on this stretch of road. Contact the Mayors office by email letting them know that we need speed humps. Accidents happen weekly like this. In the past 10 years drunk drivers have careened into backyards."

It sounds like this is a common crash area in Houston.
