Doesn't seem weird at all cyn my mother kept some of my dad's shirts for a few years and never did get rid of his bathrobe & slippers. Glad you got the dentist problem taken care of.

Can you use a slash in the account name like yourDH/cyn?

Not sure but I hung up the phone after waiting for over an hour--really?! Went back to the outlook express and just edited it and put in my name and my credit card. They took it so we'll see. If not I'm sure they will get a hold of me.

Good morning cyn…so much happening for you.

I'm glad it was a nice memorial. Yes as others have said you will grieve at your own place and in your own way. Hugs to you as always

It would be wonderful if your family could be closer. Sounds like a nice but exhausting time you had with them

A Blessings jar might be a good thing for you to do. When you have a bad moment you can pull out one of your notes and remember something good

I think the comforter was also a good thing for you. You will never forget the love for your DH but you will slowly need to build a new life for yourself. It will be a slow and sometimes very painful road but you will get there.

Yay for your mouth feeling better

Sudcaro-Love the pics of Baby Suds She is getting so big.

I was going through the things in our garage/shop and happened to see this huge box labeled "clocks"! My beloved clocks...I was so excited. These are called "Melody in Motion" and they whistle, play instruments or just do amazing things like my "Happy Hands" clock. All children are amazed with them--I gave one of my favorites to my grandson before we moved here. I started bringing them in the ouse--lots of memories--lots of love..lots of tears. My favorite and first the one I got, Hobo Willie leaning on a lamp post whistling--sounds so real it gives you goose bumps but for some reason it won't work. Probably from the moving or maybe heat in storage. Broke my heart...So I Googled where to get it repaired. Probably have to ship it for repairs but it has to be done! I still have several to bring in I'm just doing them one at a time between getting other things done. I think I will run to the post office and ship this one package and come home and start mowing---and mowing....and still more mowing. There has got to be some reason people enjoy doing it...yes you are outside, can talk with God and it looks so nice when it's done but my lawn mower beats me to death! I think I need to have some work done on it but as long as it is mowing I am not spending any more money if not necessary! That will take up most of my day so have a nice day everyone.

I remember you talking about your collection of musical clocks......so glad you found them. They can fill some of the emptiness in the home....your beloved clocks. Chiming and whistling and animation. It should be fun every hour on the hour. I am going to google Melody In Motion.

I found your hobo willie clock on line . You did check the battery didn't you? (Those clocks are pretty expensive.) Glad you found them!

I probably won't decorate but I do put a little candy bags together for the neighbors 2 little boys--always have. I love my clocks but am a bit sad my favorite is having issues and can't seem to contact the repair people for that clock. I'll keep trying. It's night again and once again I am very lonely. Guess I'll just jump in the shower and then consider bed. I just hate going to bed so early cause I wake up in the middle of the night....Oh well...at least I won't just sitting here by myself. Looks like rain anyhow so should get my shower early! Night everyone!

Woke up at 3:30am but stayed in bed until 6am. If I get up when it's still dark out the inside kitties want out and I won't let them out in the dark--never know what may be out there! Not sure what today will bring so I will think that over with a cup of coffee!
