Work today and a big freeze heading our way--ugh! I did get the well light going so that makes me feel better. Not sure how well the dogs will take to freezing walks but we have to do what we must!
My company Christmas party is on the same day I have already accepted going with my elderly gentleman friend to his church's children's play. I just think I'll stick with my original plan and skip the company party. I know he is looking forward to it us going to the play!

Our Holiday Office Party was canceled because the Boss wanted everyone ta show up Saturday at 1:00PM - 5:00PM, and three of us work the night before, until about 8:00AM! No one said they'd go and he canceled the party.
Still in the signing-up process for the Big Exam. I need ta take it by Dec. 23, 2016, and so does one of my co-workers. She gets that look on her face when talking about it. It's a big one, yes it is. Studying up!

I am so tired. I didn't sleep well at all--then Bella started barking at 4am so I got up, put on a ton of clothes and took them out for a 10 minute walk--Brrrrr. As the dogs get older I am afraid long nights will become more difficult for waiting for their walks. It is what it is--just wish it wasn't so cold.
I had to have a space heater on in my room and my electric blanket on and I never do that. It's suppose to remain this cold for a few more days. At least my dogs are in where it is warm now!
No work today so I will just try to keep busy. My house is in need of a good cleaning but not sure if my arms will keep up. I am sore today from stocking yesterday at work. The other girl didn't come in so it was just me and the boss. I probably did more then I should have but it had to get done!

It is cold here for Florida.....but still not really cold.....probably in the 60's by now. I have a pork roast in the slow cooker...with shredded cabbage and sauerkraut and apples, caraway seeds and brown sugar...I smeared some deli musard on the roast..it should be smelling pretty good around here later in the day.....I put it on for 10 hrs on low.
I hope that you feel better as the day goes on cyn......
I love all of you on here - I love the spirit of this thread - I always want to be supportive of everyone on here. Life is difficult at times - it is part of the nature of human beings. I get down about certain things at times - trouble is, a lot of things we get down about we can't do anything about. We just have to keep carrying on the best we can.
Everyone have fantastic Friday's! It's literally our Friday tonight at work. The other two I always work with and I work our third straight 12-hour shift tonight. Then we all get the next 5 days off! I have plenty of stuff ta do - applying for that Exam and, of course, studying for the Exam.

Dude its only "cold" for Florida.....we shiver when its 50... Its not really COLD here....I am wearing shorts and a T shirt and am still going out to check the mail in bare feet. I am getting ready to put on socks in the house .... that is all I will need.
