I have a doctor appointment for my shoulder today for a check up on my surgery...praying it is healing properly. It's healing slower then I'd hoped but age has a lot to do with that.

I'm working on all of those. The rest is sometimes difficult but I go to bed early just to try to get enough sleep. As you know eating has been a hard one for me. I think many people who have suffered a loss of their partner find it difficult to eat alone. We just have to make ourselves!! Prayer is a constant with me.
My friend is taking me out to breakfast for my Birthday today since I have to work this afternoon it is the only time to get to go out. I enjoy breakfast so it all is perfect!
My report on my arm is good. My doctor had x-rays taken and they showed things were fine! He said it just takes a while to heal so for me to be patient!
Bubba is "off" this morning so hopefully by afternoon he will start feeling better.

Oh My ..... Birthday Greetings cyn. I am sorry that I didnt know......but I am not good on birthdays....I never remember them and I dont have a "date book" of important dates to remember. Enjoy your breakfast out.....I like to go out for breakfast too.
Glad that you got good news from the doctor about your shoulder. Hopefully, you will notice more and more improvement. Let us know when there is progress......that is as important as letting us know the incapacity.
