I'm so sorry to hear this! You certainly have had more than your share of challenges the last few years. I hope you have friends and family for support. Take care.

Katherine - I feel tears for you. He sounded like a wonderful man. I'm a worrier and always have fear of something happening to either one of us which it will. Unfortunately, we just never know minute to minute.

Hang in there and again so sorry for your loss.

Dolores

I normally look forward to your posts because they are upbeat and quirky and authentic, but when I saw this title I knew it was your one post that I wouldn't enjoy. I always enjoyed reading about your husband because you two seemed to have such a happy marriage. I'm so sorry. It's hard to enough to handle the fairly recent deaths of your parents and siblings, but a husband's death, especially at only 62, is even more difficult. My thoughts are with you.

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of your dear husband Kathryn. You have been through so much these last 5 years and now this. Life sure isn't fair...I am keeping you in my thoughts and will pray for comfort and understanding for you. May God bless and keep you close.

Strangest thing too, I was reading a post in a completely different sub forum and my screen just clicked over to this thread. I must have hit something on my computer but it sure didn't seem like I did. I guess God wanted me to see what you posted so that I could give you my condolences. Again, I am so very sorry for your loss. He sounds like he was a good, kind and loving husband and I know he will be missed greatly.

Oh Kathryn, I am so sorry to hear this. My heart goes out to you. I feel like I know you and to some degree your husband through your posts. We just never know when our time will be. I'm also 62 so it hits close to home. You have a family here and we care. Please take care and let us know how you're doing, as you are able.
