Well, I have started weight Watcher also. I'm not great at writing down what I ate and planning what I will eat. That is the key to it all. My knees are begging me to loose all this weight. I've got to get serious. I'm new today to this City-Data site.

Hi, i'm new to the group. I just had a baby in December and i'm trying to lose that weight. Well, i didn't exactly get all the weight off from my other child in 2005 either, so i'm working on losing that as well. I can absolutely confirm that anyone who thinks pills really work, i'm sorry but it's all in your head. If you think it's working, than you're body will most likely go with it. But they are really just energy pills, without the sugar. I've tried them all, Relacore, Cortislim, Hydroxycut, Slimquick, Green Tea pills, all of them. Now, it could just be me, but I stick to a VERY strick diet and i jog up to 3 miles a day along with wieght training every-other day, and i'm losing just as much weight without the pills as I was with the pills. All it takes is a little will power and you have to really WANT the results. If you don't put all you have into it, you won't get anywhere. Anyways, good luck to everyone that's going through the awful battle of wieght loss, I know it's tough, but in the end, it's well worth it.

Alkline...The poster steve101 is accurate in that our bodies need to be alkaline to stay healthier. Which means more live foods. the proteins are important, but not the majority of our diets by a long shot. Can't wait for my yellow/orange bell peppers get bigger. Yum.

HI all, glad to have a place to learn what works, what makes you feel better, to grow healthier. My HS friend showed me something that is working for her, www.myzija.com/autmskye....it is natural and gives her energy. Along with journaling, getting active etc. it seems to be worth it. Glad to be here.
