sub forum for hunting/fishing/guns etc? (shotguns, rifles, deer)

With the large amount of hunting/fishing/guns/wildlife topics on this forum, wouldn't it make sense to create a sub forum for those topics?

Good idea. Maybe it could be like it is on a couple other forums I'm on where a moderator has to approve your original entry.

It'd still see troll activity but I think its a good idea.
At least the threads would be in one easy to find place for people who truly had an interest.

I agree with a sub-forum because of the large volume of posts in that category.

Makes sense. I am a member of two hunting web forums. The talk on those sites can be a bit much some times. Would be nice for a larger national based subforum like this one. Most of the other sites are Regional State or Local. Whitetail vs Muledeer etc...

Id support it. After 30 years of hunting and fishing I get tired of talking to sportsmen just from the west.

I'm very active on a forum called "Marlin Owners" Its primarilly about Marlin rifles & shotguns but is very diverse with subforums on alot of subjects about many things. Check it out if you like. I go by "Leverdude" there.

Nobody there will think less of you because you dont own one, though we will try to change that.
