Wouldn't worry. I have a white streak that runs down from the top of my left ear that is really pronounced. Had it since I was a teenager. I do mean white too. Battle scar from a rank horse. Made the hair turn color. Gals mostly seemed to like it. So I never worried bout it. What ya gonna do shouted it anyway? It is who ya is. I would think ladies would find a guy coloring his hair more ...unattractive than having some streaks of grey or white. Am I wrong...ladies?
I'm a guy but my ex-wife's new date is a kid in his mid to late 20's who has already gray hair. He's like 8 years younger than me. In other words, I hate you!
Don't worry about it. My grandfather's hair was totally white by the time he reached the age of 18, and premature gray runs in my family. Didn't stop him from winning my grandmother.
Also, Steve Martin's hair went totally gray when he was in his 20's, and he never colored it despite being in the public eye. Doesn't seem to have hurt his appeal any.
My husband has dark hair that started to go salt-and-pepper in his 20s. His dad has thick, silvery-white hair. It's attractive. I think a lot of men would rather have early grey than have a receding hairline or balding on top.

I'm 23 and i have a few scattered throughout my head including a patch I got at age 13. I usually have my hair cut really close to bald so it is not that noticable.
