Do most women wash their hair every morning and blow dry? Use hot rollers? Anyone still sleep in curlers?

My hair is shoulder length, fine and straight. Wearing curlers at night makes it look best the next day but want to get away from this practice! Any suggestions?

Shampoo & conditioner every other day.
Air dry as often as possible.
Occasional touch up with a curling iron.

I wash my hair every other day.

I should wash every day, but it's too much trouble, so I wear a hat on the odd days.

if I go out, I wash, condition, and blow dry my hair.

I wash my hair every day when I take a shower. Always use a shampoo without Sodium Laureth Sulfate, so I don't need conditioner. I just let it dry on its own, and use the blowdryer for about 2 minutes to shape it a bit in the end.

I don't wash my hair everyday, unless I'm going someplace special....as I age, my hair has become less and less oily---too much washing isn't good for it, or, even necessary!
I do use electric curlers almost everyday (long hair, mid-back)---gives my hair body and bounce. They don't get too hot, so I've managed to not damage my hair, but I do get regular trims to keep the ends fresh!

I shower at night so it gets washed every night. And conditioned. No blow-dryer here but I do use a curling iron and have to spray it, but otherwise, its usually so-so. Sometimes its a good hair day, others its a bad hair day.

What brand shampoo have you found that has no sodium laureth sulfate? Is it safe for color-treated hair?
