There seems to be a lot a retired people moving to Williamsburg. Are there any nice neighborhoods with community pool and/or beach with 30-40 something's and elementary age kids or younger? I hate to get into a neighborhhood where my kids will not have other kids to play with. We are looking at renting for 2500 per month or less.

Try searching by school pyramid. People with kids want to live in great school districts. Do your due diligence researching the test scores, facilities and FARMS%. I would suggest the Matthew Whaley ES-Berkeley MS-Jamestown HS pyramid as a good starting point.

Greensprings West, Fords Colony & Windsor Forest all have a large number of kids and neighborhood pools.

Good point about the schools. I will continue to research. I am still trying deciding between Williamsburg and York Co at this point. And, thanks for the specific neighborhoods. I was able to find some rentals and ino on Fords Colony and Greensprings West. I will try to find some info on Windsor Forest. Much appreciated!
