My exhusband defrauded the court. I was defrauded by my ex. I now have a huge bill for child support. Long story short I am paying (for a while) I really need my license and they're asking for a huge payment. I just dont have it. What I don't understand is my children are all over the age of 19. The bill is being paid. I have a history of payments. What harm will it be for me to have my license? I can't drive off the planet! Wth!

You should be able to apply for a restricted license so you can get to and from work to pay your support.
