My husband will be retiring from the military soon and if he gets the job he is hoping for we would be moving somewhere in the Harrisburg area. Any information about the best places to live would be appreciated. We will be buying a house and are probably looking in the 350,00 to 450,000 range. No small kids but a disabled grown son who could benefit from a descent transit system. Appreciate any input.
