We came over to Oahu about a month ago and packed the maximum amount of baggage. Two 48 pound checked baggage and a carry on.

Next week we are going to Kauai for a week. Then we fly back to the airport for a two hour delay before we fly back to the states.

Is there anyplace in the airport we can store a couple of bags?
Otherwise its a $54 charge each way to Kauai and back if we have to haul the luggage with us.

Any suggestions?

There was storage lockers in the airport, but due to new security rules they are no longer available. You might check with the airline you are flying, as they might have a storage area for you to use.

would you consider sending it home via parcel post mail?

depending on the weight and where you're shipping to it might be more cost effective.

Nah, JJ, I guess we aren't a state unless it's the state of insanity. Too many cannibals, don'tcha know?

Mailing them might be cheaper than flying them unless there was stuff in them you needed to have along the way.
