I am interested in staying and possibly buying at Haleakala Shores condos. I can't find much info about it anywhere. We are considering buying a condo and renting it out for a couple years (if possible), then snowbirding in several years. Thanks for any info.

it is in a nice location on a corner across the street from two great beaches and in walking distance to bars and shops. think it is a 4 to 6 story bldg. I would stay there before buying if possible. it may be noisy, depending on the unit. it could be fairly transient since they allow vacation rental short stays, which might not be so cool to live full time. just depends on if it is your cup of tea or not.
