What is your solution then - I don't break the law therefore I don't have interactions with police. I don't hang out with shady characters or find myself in being in the wrong place.
You don't have to break the law to have interactions with police -- simply go to a donut shop or a bakery that sells fresh malasadas. Of course, if you're on a diet, donut shops and bakeries could be the "wrong places" for you to go.
What is your point? If anyone is going to be subject to racial profiling in Hawaii it would be me - as I'm a minority here.
You bring up a good point. Population of Oahu.

Hispanic or Latino, percent, 2013 (b) 9.2%
I don't know what the actual stats are for the HPD but it seems like most of the HPD officers I have seen are or at least look like they are Hawaiian or Hapa. So, who are they racial profiling?

Jonah do you have the stats on the racial makeup and economic standing of who gets arrested in Hawai'i? Hmmm i could be wrong but racial profiling has nothing to do with the race of the police officers? And to be honest and being real. Its really not so much race today as class. Unfortantly more minorities fall under lower class then whites.

A least it is a demographic Native Hawaiians should be happy about.

By these stats, it would appear if you are Native Hawaiian, good odds you'll either be a Police Officer or Incarcerated.

Nope. However, some folks are more likely to be incarcerated and receive longer sentences if they run afoul of the law.
