I am looking for a list of the best places to visit in the world for adventure. Any ideas?
I'd really appreciate.

hands down new zealand, im a little biased because i did live there while studying abroad while at uni but it is a beautiful country and home to some of the friendliest people in the world. only 4 million kiwi's and about 10 times as many sheep! lol. Fiordland National Park on the South Island is unbelievable. has some great skiiing on both islands. anywhere in NZ is amazing. also NZ is adventure capital of the world. must go skydiving amazing on either south island where you see the southern alps or north island where you can have views of mt ruapehu which is the main volcano. there's bungy jumping and jet boating down the river or rafting and kyaking. best place to go in my opinion

whitsundays in Australia are amazing, you can also see the Great Barrier Reef from Airlie Beach as a base. great snorkeling and tropical environment. some of the best beaches on the whitsunday islands.

italy has a unique beauty that is more steeped in historical structures etc. teh food is great adn so are the people. i recommend amalfi coast for sure, breathtaking views of the buildings on the cliff side.

it all depends what you want to see, if you want a more historical adventure or outdoor type etc.

Well you posted on the Hawaii forum, so I would say the Kalalau Trail in Kauai. It has won various awards and titles with hiking groups, National Geographic, etc...It's not for the faint of heart!
