A lender I've worked with in the past just forwarded this updated VA information for 2010. Thought it might be helpful for anyone moving and planning to use a VA loan to purchase in Hawaii.

The maximum VA loan amount with no down payment (including funding fee) by county:

County: Hawaii, Kalawao, Kauai, Maui
Loan Limit: $625,500

County: Honolulu
Loan Limit: $700,000
