I am going to buy a yurt. Does anyone know the reputation of this company ? ..complaints ? ... positive or negative ? They have a P.O. box without a physical address which is a red flag to me.

For Hawaii post office boxes are the only mail delivery service available in many places, do not think it is bad when you see it.

You do realize yurts were designed for a frigid climate and they don't have much roof overhangs to keep the sun off the sides of the yurt? Shading the sides of buildings keeps them much cooler in hot weather. Kinda hard to do water catchment on a yurt, too. And then there is always the question of ventilation. I wish someone would design a tropical yurt.

Hmm, a huge semi-enclosed gazebo might be considered a tropical yurt. Yurts are typically bigger than a gazebo and gazebos usually are entirely open. They are typically sort of a glorified garden seating spot more so than living accommodations.

Frequently, it seems folks are looking for some sort of "green" and inexpensive house and choose a yurt but they aren't thinking about how it is going to interact with the climate. Probably the greenest and least expensive housing option is to get an old plantation house and move it onto their property. That's a 100% recycled house and most old plantation houses were built for the climate with large roof overhangs, loads of windows and ventilation.

I've not heard of them but if you pay with a credit card you can always dispute the charge if needed.

PS: Did you check BBB

Do you intend to live in it? Have you checked into permitting for where you will place it?
