The Best Natural Foods that Unclog Your Arteries

Hmmm....don't think I could eat that much raw garlic, but definitely could eat most of these other foods! Maybe there's hope for me yet?

Hmm, raw garlic or krispy kreme donut. Which should I choose?

Interesting article, and it answers (sort of) a question that I've had recently: that is, can you clean out your arteries or just stop the plaque buildup? A reason I'm wondering is b/c a friend that just turned 50 has had a heart attack and they put 7(!) stents in and several were over 90% blocked. But if you have stents in and then you actually clean out your arteries, wouldn't that knock the stents loose? Or do they keep a close eye on them? My friend is female and of normal weight, though I noticed that she's gotten quite big in the abdomen these last couple of years--she is quite thin everywhere else.

Good article. I'm happy because I like and eat a lot of those foods. Another powerful thing to eat/take is cayenne. I make my own capsules (ha ha, don't rub your eyes) and take three a day, one in the middle of each meal. If you over-eat, it will burn. This is also a good way to boost your energy level. Great book for heart patients: Left for Dead by Dick Quinn. Blessings!

Jambo, That's true, but what about those who have lived on cheeseburgers and onion rings for 30 years and have decided to turn over a new leaf? Maybe it would feel good to them to "clean things out" a bit.

My cardiologist said there is no way to reverse what damage has been done by clogging, but eating clean would prevent further damage.
