1. Yeah, because like, everyone knows your internal organs are inactive when you sleep.
2. Yes, a glass of water 30 minutes before you eat will fill the bottom half of your stomach, and cause all the food you eat after it to float at the top. Thus - preventing digestion until that water has passed into your bladder.
3. I think your blood pressure is the last thing you should worry about if you're drinking water IN the bathtub. So sure - drink water before, not during.
4. Except if you're prone to night terrors and your bladder wakes you up in mid-dream because you had a full glass of water too soon before sleep. I dunno about you but that'd give me a stroke.
