Jock itch: my cure (prescription, ears, natural, supplements)

Just to let everyone know. I struggled with jock itch for years: made sure area was dry and clean; every OTC and prescription antifungal in the book. Finally, what cured me was a cocktail of oral acidophilus (moderate) and garlic (very large) supplements, combined with slightly diluted tea tree oil to the area.

Interesting. I'm always interested in more natural approaches to health and wellness. We have naturally occuring "good" bacteria that fight off pathogens naturally. It makes sense to increase your beneficial bacteria with Acidophilus. The tea tree oil makes sense too. Many plant extracts have antibacterial and antifungal properties. Castor oil does the same thing. I'm glad you are getting some relief.
