I honestly don't know. When I was getting a Jordanian drivers license, I had spent half the day at the bureau, and finally it was done. They then asked my my blood type, because it had to be written on the license (not a bad idea, especially considering Middle-eastern drivers). The whole license was in Arabic, but they had to write the blood type on with a ball point pen, since it was a Roman character that wasn't on Arabic typewriters, which they did just before laminating it. So I just made something up, A+, I think, because I didn't want to spend another day there, after going to a clinic.
I am A-, kids AB-,O-,A-,A-.Daddy is B-. How did those type AB, and O kids get in there? Found out O is a recessive gene, and an A and a B parent can have an AB kid.
Note, they give RH shot to negative bllod type women after miscarriages and abortions.

would be to your advantage and might one day save your life to have a blood test and ask what your blood type is. Not a good idea at all to have a made up blood type on any license or paperwork. Dangerous.

I did something similar. I needed my blood type for my Colombian ID and I just made it up. I still dont know my blood type even though I live in a civilized society.

Okay, so I should have said, 1st world country instead of "civilized".
