Hello Everybody !!

How are u! I hope you are fine and in a good health. Actually, I have a question that I wonder about. Hopefully, I could get someone who has an idea about this topic.
as you know, one of the education methods is using a projector machine to show the important points. Our teachers usually use this. And sometimes, there is a remote control comes with this machine to help a teacher to change from one side to another one and to refer to the important points by clicking on a button.
If he clicked on this button there is a ray happens and makes a small red circle appears on the board.
As I know, this is called " Laser ray" and It's dangerous! Some times, that teacher doesn't be careful during the lesson and refers by using remote control to the students. During this, he might click on a button and refers to the student eyes.

*I wonder of this ray is the same ray that the Doctors usually use in 'laser operations'?
*If it was the same, is there a negative effect if the ray struck or reach to the students eyes?
*should students complain against that teacher ?

I hope the question is clear.

Thank you

For safety purposes, there are 7 classes of Lasers. Laser pointers are in a class that under normal use is not dangerous to the eye.
