I am staying with my aunt and using the guest bedroom and bathroom. I saw she has a jet tub, I used it about 5 times so far and my friends kids have used it. I noticed a dirt ring after each use. I looked on the internet and it said it's dangerous because I can get stomach worms or respiratory problems. It said to clean it with clorox and dish detergent. Now I am freaking out!! how great is the risk of getting sick?

You will probably not get sick.

It is easy to clean the tub. The directions depend on the type of jet system:

The dirt is dead skin cells and feces according to the sources I read. My aunt had not used it in over 3 years so all that was just sitting there in the pump

ugh...I wouldn't have nor use a jetted tub. Ditto for a hot tub.

Ideally, it should have been cleaned before you used it the first time.

You are probably not going to get sick. If you get sick, tell your doctor about the tub.

Before you use it again, clean it. Follow the directions in the link. It does just take a little powdered dishwasher detergent and household bleach. It will take about twenty minutes.

Do not use the dish soap for handwashing dishes. You will have bubbles all over the bathroom if you do that.

I'm thinking of calling a doc and asking for antibiotics and whatever else they prescribe.

If you are not sick, there is no need to take antibiotics.

Just clean the tub before you use it again.

It's not feces unless someone pooped in the tub - highly unlikely. It's mold and dirt. Newer tubs have an automatic feature that blows air out the jets to clear them approximately 20 min after the jets are turned off. This gives the tub time to drain completely.
