Don't understand as I think you left a few words out.
If you watch any Discovery programs on plastic surgery, you will see that most surgeons do a lift and slight implant to make them stay up. Otherwise, they sag again pretty quickly.

ew but wouldn't that make them bigger? Trust me at a DD - DDD do not need to be any bigger... Just want some of the skin taken off so I can be smaller but more fit.
Sounds like a reduction and lift, w/implant would work out best. You have large breasts that aren't going to stay up by themsleves. How old are you? That makes a big difference, too. But let the surgeon tell you what should be done, we on C-D are all just amateurs.
A reduction and lift would probably work for you as you are so young. Google breast reduction and do some research.
