so I was told by countless specialist and read many articles on the internet as well as experienced it myself. Can diary products (lactose intolerance) cause more than just digestive problems? Maybe like anxiety, depression, dizziness, headaches, sleep problems and many more?
A person with lactose intolerance can have loose stools, which means quite some water loss, which can lead to dehydration which could cause some of the symptoms you've mentioned.
But "many more" problems are not really likely from just lactose intolerance. Also, lactose in large amounts (mainly in milk) is quite easy to avoid. If symptoms persist despite lactose avoidance, it's not likely lactose intolerance. Intestinal parasites, celiac disease and Crohn's disease can cause "many more" problems. Two other to mention are fructose malabsorption and small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO).
I can handle milk, cheese etc. but not Greek Yogurt. It upsets my stomach terribly and I get really tired.
Switched to cottage cheese and ricotta with no problem.

what is your in put on this?
NO.
But if your "indigestion" is due to something else like celiac disease or pancreatic insufficiency, you might get deficient in fat soluble vitamins like A, D, E, K. There are some neurological and dermatological problems associated with celiac disease. But you should stop randomly throwing dart at diagnoses. Severe daily headache does not fit the mold.
