What percentage Pancreatic tumors are harmless?

About 15% are harmless/benign and able to be controlled. But 85% are adenocarcinoma and malignant.

It's aggressive. If imaging showed any mass, do not fight the biopsy or the surgery.

What does your doctor recommend? How old are you? Listen to the doctor.....unless you're in your 80's+....then you will probably outlive whatever it is.!

Time to start looking at the cruise brochures if you're in your 80s. Other than that, kick a@@.

Do not listen to these clowns. A lot of people in their 80s are well functioning and would benefit living as long as they can. With pancreatic and lung cancer you would have to act quickly. Brain and prostrate cancers in general are the opposites.
