TB screening (flu shot, child, common, time)

General question here. Can an employer require their employees to get a TB screening? If the answer is yes....who pays? Employer is a day care center if that matters. This screening was not required at the time of hire, but we were told of it today that everyone must have one.

In some situations, yes.

It's common for employers to require a TB screen if the employee is working in healthcare, corrections, childcare.

If it is the employer's requirement, then the employer pays for it.

Yes, mine does also. They pay for it. They also require a flu shot which they pay for.
