If he was only in a trial - which I'd imagine for Viagra was quite short - it is highly unlikely the Viagra speeded his death in any way - but it never hurts to drop a broad hint that it's possible.

BTW, I'll bet you have a bunch more friends taking Viagra on the DL that you'd never know about and who are living full, long lives - but those cases are easy to ignore and lead to bias.

I don't know what DL means....and I don't have male friends, my brother does not take it and the other males I know surely don't. And yes I suspect "V" had a place in my friend's death.

"DL" means on the down low - I'd be surprised if many of the men you know share that they take Viagra with you but...what do I know.

And yeah, I got your meaning that of course Viagra was the culprit with your friend. Since a lot of men who take Viagra have various health issues that contribute to or cause their erectile dysfunction it is likelier that THOSE health issues are related to their possibly early demise, more so than Viagra.

Do you read the stuff you post? And I was taught since I was 8 that you can't believe everything you read but I guess you've never heard that?

From the third link, evidence of all the stuff these guys REALLY died from, given their age, health conditions and other medications they were taking to treat those conditions:

Top conditions involved for these people *:
Primary Pulmonary Hypertension (primary high blood pressure that affects the arteries in the lungs and the right side of your heart): 120 people, 9.93%
Ill-Defined Disorder: 44 people, 3.64%
Pulmonary Hypertension (increase in blood pressure in the lung artery): 35 people, 2.90%
High Blood Pressure: 18 people, 1.49%
Multiple Myeloma (cancer of the plasma cells): 15 people, 1.24%

Top co-used drugs for these people *:
Tracleer: 75 people, 6.21%
Lasix: 49 people, 4.06%
Coumadin: 44 people, 3.64%
Lipitor: 41 people, 3.39%
Letairis: 38 people, 3.15%
