Is this happening to you as well? If I spend hours in front of a computer I start feeling dizzy or having a headache. Usually happens to me if the weather is hot. If I leave the computer for a while I feel slightly better.

Do you use a laptop or a full sized computer with a monitor? We have Apple laptops with a 13" screens and have no problems with eye strain. We also typically don't spend hours on it. After a half hour I have to take a break.
My eye doctor prescribed bifocals for every day wear ( driving etc) AND a pair of computer glasses! The entire lens is for close-up work . I LOVE MY. COMPUTER GLASSES! No more strain . Worth every dime.
OP: Don't spend so much time, get up and get off it sometimes. Unless you do it all day for your profession, then still get up and rest your eyes. Easy solution as I see it.
Also could be muscle tension due to posture (neck, shoulders, face, and jaw), not moving around or relaxing often enough. If you stare at something at the same distance/focal length hour after hour after hour it can tire muscles in your eyes and face contributing to headaches. Then there's the "blue light" issue for eyes.
I, too, get headaches on the computer. Have tried many different things. I now use liquid eye drops for dry eyes which seems to help. I also have blue=blocking computer glasses which give some relief. I also got a new chair to support my back and let me raise my feet up on a footstool. I have a sign posted that says "Blink" to remind me. I think it's just a case of spending too many hours on here, and I do it because I enjoy it.
Internet-surfing is hard on the eyes.........some notice it more than others.
What I do: Try to look away for 20 seconds or so every half an hour, take breaks where I am not looking at any sort of screen, turned down the brightness on my displays to as low a possible setting that is still easily viewable, turned the blue portion of the red-green-blue color-mix down very low (blue is hardest on your eyes).
Reminds me of the guy who tells his MD that it hurts when he hits himself in the head with his fist. Doc tells him not to hit himself in the head with his fist. Duh.
1) The blue light emitted from computer screens is known to be harmful to eyes. There is now an eyeglass coating that blocks that wavelength out.
2) Spending hours in one position makes anyone ache all over. Stop doing it. Experiment with regular stretching - yoga is great, but any kind of stretching helps. As does just gazing out the window for a while.
3) Maybe it’s your choice of sites? There are some internet sites that give me a headache or even make me nauseous. This can be due to content, it can also be due to site design and videos. Just sayin’.
