I was getting arthritis in my hands quite a while back. I starting drinking 2 tablespoons of raw organic apple cider vinegar each morning with water on an empty stomach. It went away. I got out of the habit of taking it and recently I noticed the arthritis started coming back. I started up again with the vinegar and it is going away again. I just thought I would share this as it might help anyone dealing with this problem.

Does it have to be early in the morning? I would drink ACV but not until later.
I eliminated lifelong arthritis pain by avoiding, or strictly limiting in some cases, the known arthritis inflammatory foods which are mainly refined carbs (bread, pasta, added sugars, other processed grains), saturated fat, most dairy and omega 6 seed oils.
Unfortunately, cartilage cannot heal, I have no idea (and not interested in looking up info) in apple vinegar. There is no blood supply to get nutrients needed for regrowth. So, vinegar doesn't have a way to get to cartilage
Worse, once we're adults, our articular cartilage cannot regrow or heal because it doesn't have any blood vessels, which means oxygenated red blood cells can't reach the damaged tissue. However, experts have discovered some ways to regenerate or repair damaged cartilage. They can even transplant small portions of it
OP: This is a lot written about ACV and keeping the body more alkaline and if that helps our joints, so be it...so many are so absolute on "nothing helps".

Vinegar is an acid. How could it keep the body "more alkaline?"
The alkaline theory is a myth.
This is the guy who popularized the idea. People have died because of him.
