The kidney doctor prescribed a medication and before she didI specifically asked her if there are any negative side effects including any that can make kidneys. She said no. A week later I did lab tests at regular doctor ane potassium was high for the first time. She said it was the lisinopril medication kidney specialist prescribed. Next appointment kidney doctor said she wants to check my blood. I asked why. She said medication can increased my potassium and that it's dangerous for the kidneys. That's when I got pissed off and I told her I already caught the problem. It was high. I stopped taking it and went back to normal 2 weeks later when I saw her again. She wanted me to continue taking it. I said no. She then discharged me from the practice.

You probably won't find a lawyer who will take your case, because you have no damages. You should probably find another kidney doctor.

Medical malpractice claims are only appropriate if death or severe harm resulted from the doctor's action. Not because your labs were off.

And yes, there are jerk doctors, one "fired" my late DH over a minor disagreement. And also made it impossible for DH to see anyone else in the practice.

Personally, I'd say there was a communication problem.. And it doesn't seem like it was on the doctors' end.

Can I sue this doctor?
No.
Just keep your job and cancel the order for a new pool.

No you need to have damage for a law suit. You don't have any damage.

What damages to your health can be attributed to the Doctor's actions???

Sounds like there is probably not much there.
