OH well..I will never walk into a Hospital E.R unless taken there unconcious by 2nd parties.
Most cities in this day & age have Emergency Care Facilities and most insurance Companies cover their Insureds for a L O T less copayment to those entities.
The night in January 2021 I felt bad and with High Temps and discomfort , I went to a local Hospital in Miami that has those ~Emergency Care Facilities~, my check up for COVID, and 10 days later to see if I was clear, which I was, all came to ZERO. (All Covered at their facilities at 100%)
Had I reacted like the world was coming to an end, The Hospital E.R Bill would have been 2wice $300.00 if not much more.
You always ck that your visit to an Specialist is Covered, and before hand Always ask what your copay will be for that day.
