You are at an age where estrogen production is down. Your GYN doctor should be able to advise you. There are many "personal lubricants" in any pharmacy. Try a few until you find one that suits you. There is one that even says that it's tasteless.
K-Y jelly is the pits! However, they make a K-Y Liquid that is good. Appy directly to either you or him. There are other brands, but that's the only name I can think of right now.
I have reservations about using an estrogen cream. It works by being absorbed in the vaginal tissue. I feel, and I may be wrong, that it would also be absorbed by the male at the same time.....I don't think that the estrogen for him would be a good thing.
