I agree. Mainstream doctors get their kickbacks from the pharmaceuticals and push what ever happens to be in at the time. All these commercials about ask your doctor about ...fill in the blanks...get pushed from the pharms. Side effects are usually worse than the actual illness.

Come on,
What about vaccine? what about antibiotics that cure and don't treat symptoms. I can go one and one, there are some disease without cure, and the only thing we can do is treat the symptoms but that doesn't mean we don't cure people.

Doctors don't get any type of kickbacks from pharmaceuticals (no doctor gets money or bonuses from a prescription).

I will have to disagree. The best of doctors do not take kickbacks, it's unethical. But it does happen and they should be punished. And I know this as fact for myself. Here is an article that speaks about this issue.

The only thing doctors get is free pens, sometimes free food, and now a lot of states are putting limits on it.
But no one gets money like actual money. And if they do this would be illegal and I personally never seen it or heard of it.
In the 80's i heard some gifts that were questionable but now, pharm reps dont even have money to buy lunch anymore, since the new laws only let them spend X amount of money.

Doc can buy stocks, but at normal price (not discount) and pharmaceuticals would never give you any option or free stocks, Doctor like anybody else have the right to buy stocks.
But that is not the subject, the subject is, if doctor get money for any drug.
The answer would no.
